Every so often my playlists take me surprise and play one of my own songs! This one popped up this morning, so I thought I’d post it up here :) For those who maybe didn’t know…music and theater were a big part of my life before comics. One day, when schedule allows, I must try and record some more. I really miss singing. *wistful sigh*

Me playing and singing here. Recorded live. Just piano and voice - as so many of my old recordings are. This song was born out of a collaboration, with the chords for the verse originally written by Darryl Lockheart, and then the overall song, melody and lyrics were written by me. I guess it’s about hanging on. Whether dreams, love or ambition…keep at it, find something that keeps you going and use that to carry you forward. ^_^

Remind me NEVER to go Karaoke with Emma hahahaha SHE TOO GOOD DAMMIT! Amazing artist and a good singer too xD No end to the talent!

But…but  karaoke! ;_; Karaoke’s about having a laugh with friends…I would be offended if you refused it, should the chance arise XD
